How much is delivery?

Free delivery is available across most of the UK Mainland on orders over £300, with the discount automatically applied at checkout. For orders under £300, a delivery charge will apply. Please refer to the delivery charges listed below, and check the product page of the item you wish to purchase for specific delivery costs.

Delivery for Multiple Items

If your order includes multiple items with different delivery costs and timeframes, the highest delivery fee and the longest lead time will be applied to the entire order. *Accessories with shorter delivery times will be shipped separately.

How long does delivery take?

For small, in-stock items, delivery usually takes between 7 and 10 business days. For larger items and special orders, please check the individual product pages for estimated delivery times.

Do you deliver to my location?

We provide delivery services across Mainland UK only, excluding Ireland, Northern Ireland, and the islands.

In some remote areas, delivery may take a bit longer. We’ll schedule a delivery week with you and send two notifications the week before: one to confirm the specific day and another with the estimated time, ensuring you’re always up-to-date with your delivery status.

What constitutes a long-distance delivery?

What should I expect on delivery day?

  • Medium and Large Furniture: Delivered by our trusted partners. You’ll receive a text the day before with a two-hour delivery window. On delivery day, our team will call when they’re 30 minutes away. Most furniture arrives fully assembled, though some items may require assembly.
  • Small Furniture, Dining Chairs, Rugs & Accessories: Delivered by us or our partners. You’ll get an email the day before delivery, and these items will arrive boxed, with some requiring assembly.
  • Long-Distance Deliveries: Delivered by us or our partners. After placing your order, we’ll agree on a delivery week. The week before delivery, you’ll be contacted to arrange a specific date and time. On the day, our team will call when they’re 30 minutes away. Most furniture will be assembled, but some items may require assembly.

Can you store my furniture if I’m not ready for it?

If you encounter any issues or need to delay your delivery, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to assist.

I’m worried about delivery access to my property.

Our delivery team is experienced with challenging access situations, but it’s helpful to inform us of any potential issues in advance. You can discuss any concerns when we contact you to arrange your delivery. For pre-order inquiries, please call us at 0164 204 0485.

Upon Delivery

When your items are delivered, please inspect them carefully before signing for the delivery. If you are unable to check the items before the courier leaves, sign for them as “unchecked.” We recommend keeping the packaging and your order confirmation email for any future inquiries or returns.

Once you’ve signed for and received the items, they are considered your property, assuming full payment has been made. We cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, or destruction that occurs after delivery, unless reported as damaged, faulty, or incorrect at the time of delivery. After signing, we may not be able to accept returns for any issues that arise.

For items that require assembly, ensure you have all the necessary parts, instructions, and information. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions and use the recommended tools. Refunds cannot be issued for items that are incorrectly assembled or damaged during assembly.

If you plan to store your items, inspect them thoroughly beforehand.

Please note that redelivery attempts or unsuccessful deliveries may incur additional charges in some cases.
