Payment & Authorization Policy

When you place an order with Louis & Henry, we authorize your payment with your bank to ensure a secure transaction. However, no funds will be taken from your account until we’ve confirmed that the item is in stock, ready for shipment, and you are comfortable with the expected lead time for delivery.

Once availability is confirmed, we’ll process your payment, and you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the order details, including stock status and estimated delivery timelines. Most delivery lead times are displayed on our product pages, and any information regarding when we expect to receive stock will be clearly indicated. If the item is unavailable, we will notify you immediately, and the payment authorization will be released without any charges applied to your account.

After your payment is processed and your order is dispatched, you’ll receive additional emails with tracking details (depending on the delivery company), so you can monitor your order’s progress. Plus, we offer an in-house tracking page, allowing you to easily track your order without needing to visit separate delivery company websites.
