While we do our best to ensure you’re happy with your order, we understand that sometimes things may not go as expected. If you need to make a return, we’re here to help…
What if I Change My Mind?
No worries. If you’ve made an online purchase, simply call our Customer Service Team at +44 (0)16 4204 0485 before delivery or within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll charge you the same return fee as your original delivery cost. The delivery charges are listed on the product page, but here are some examples:

Please make sure all items are returned in their original packaging and boxes.
*Mattress Returns: We’re happy to accept returns for mattresses that are unused and unopened. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used mattresses unless there is a manufacturing defect or the return is covered by the supplier’s sleep trial or comfort guarantee. Since comfort is subjective, we recommend trying out mattresses in-store before purchasing online. Note that it may take some time for your body to adjust to a new mattress. If you’re initially dissatisfied, there are ways to help break in your mattress. For more details, feel free to call us or speak with a staff member.

What If the Goods Are Faulty or Damaged?
We do our best to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. If it arrives damaged or faulty, please contact our Customer Service Team immediately at +44 (0)16 4204 0485. If you’ve requested delivery outside the UK, please note that we can’t be held responsible for damage that occurs during third-party shipping.
What About Self-Assembly Furniture?
If you change your mind before assembling your furniture, you can return it as usual, provided it’s undamaged and still in its original packaging. However, once you’ve assembled or partially assembled the furniture, we can’t accept it as a return since the assembly process prevents us from reselling the item to another customer.
