At Louis & Henry, we partner with brands and suppliers worldwide to offer over 3,000 carefully curated products. As a result, delivery times and couriers may vary depending on the product and brand. For the most accurate delivery estimate, please refer to the “Estimated Delivery / Lead Time” section on the product page, located just below the dimensions and product details.

Delivery Services

We offer Free Standard Delivery on orders over £100 to most UK Mainland addresses*. Orders under £100 incur a standard delivery charge of £3.85.

Our White Glove Delivery service is available on selected products to most UK mainland addresses*. If your order is eligible, this option will be shown at checkout.

Delivery Days/Times

Deliveries take place on weekdays between 8am and 8pm, unless a specific time slot has been arranged.

For security reasons, most deliveries require a signature, as couriers are unable to leave items unattended.

Direct Shipments

Some of our brands and partners ship products directly to you. This reduces handling and helps ensure your items arrive safely and quickly.

As a result, your order may be delivered by a courier not listed below. In some cases, the courier may contact you directly to arrange a convenient delivery date.

Our Couriers

To ensure your items arrive as quickly and safely as possible, we work with a range of trusted courier partners and select the most suitable option for your order.

Wherever possible, we will consolidate your order and deliver it with a single courier. However, due to the variety of products we offer, some items may be shipped separately and arrive with different couriers.

Failed/Cancelled Deliveries

Please note that missed or failed deliveries may result in a redelivery charge. A storage fee of £25 per week may also apply until a new delivery date is arranged.

If you cancel your order after dispatch, shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

International Shipping

We deliver across the UK, the US, and internationally. For locations outside the UK Mainland—including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, and the Channel Islands—additional charges and slightly longer delivery times may apply.

To help ensure a smooth delivery, please check that your item can pass through all access points and remove any breakables from walkways. Use floor protection where possible. Some couriers offer ground-floor delivery only; if you need delivery beyond this, please let us know in advance to avoid failed deliveries or extra charges.

You’ll receive tracking details (if available) via email once your order is dispatched. Items from multiple brands may arrive separately via different couriers. Please ensure someone is available for the full delivery window. If no one is present, some couriers may leave your item in a safe place or leave a calling card.

Please inspect your items carefully upon delivery before signing. If you are unable to check them at the time, sign as “unchecked” to protect your claim rights. Keep all original packaging and your order confirmation, as these are required for any after-sales support.

You have 48 hours from delivery to report any issues or damages. Some couriers offer an “Unpack and Check” service — if available, please allow the driver time to inspect the item with you. Once an item is signed for, we may be unable to accept damage-related returns.

For products that require assembly, ensure all parts and instructions are present before starting, and follow the manufacturer’s guidelines carefully. We cannot accept returns for items that have been assembled, fitted, or damaged.

If you plan to store your items before use, we recommend checking them thoroughly upon arrival.

All pre-order items display an estimated delivery date on the product page. Please note this is a guideline and may change due to factors beyond our control, such as supplier delays or unexpected shipping disruptions.

Payment for pre-orders is taken at checkout to secure your item. Once the product becomes available, we will begin processing and preparing it for shipment.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we typically ship available items first so you receive them as quickly as possible. In some cases, we may hold the entire order until all items are ready to ship.
