Everything You Should Know About Returning Items
We’re confident that you will love your items, however, if you have an issue or you need to return anything, please read the information on this page to make the process simple and hassle-free.
Changed Your Mind?
We hope you love your purchase. If it isn’t quite right, you have 14 days from delivery to return your order. Start your return here, and we’ll guide you through every step of the process.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unused condition, with all packaging intact (no assembly or installation). While we are unable to offer free returns due to our competitive pricing, we can arrange collection at a pre-agreed rate using specialist couriers, ensuring your items are handled safely.
Collection fees typically range from £10 to £80, depending on the item’s size, weight, and your location. Oversized, heavy, or particularly delicate items may incur higher return costs. Please note that all collections must take place at the original delivery address. You are welcome to organise your own return, but please ensure the service includes insurance for loss or damage, as we cannot issue refunds for items that do not arrive safely.
Many standard couriers do not insure glass or mirrored items, so please use a specialist courier where possible.
Before returning any item, we recommend taking photos of both the item and its packaging. These images will serve as evidence in case any damage is identified during our quality checks.
Faults & Damages?
While we carefully quality check all items before dispatch, on rare occasions a product may arrive with a manufacturing defect or sustain damage during transit. We recommend thoroughly inspecting your order for any faults, damages, or missing components. If you notice an issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, providing a detailed description and clear photos that illustrate the problem.
Please keep the item secure and in its original packaging while we work with you and the manufacturer to arrange a suitable solution. Depending on the situation, we may send a specialist repair service to assess and repair the item, or provide a replacement. In the unlikely event a repair or replacement cannot resolve the issue, we will arrange a collection and issue a full refund.
For clarity, a manufacturing fault refers to a defect that affects the product’s intended purpose or arises during the manufacturing process.
