Packaging

We kindly ask that you keep the original packaging until you’ve decided to keep your purchase, as returns are only accepted with all original packaging intact.

We hope you love your purchase. If it isn’t quite right, you have 14 days from delivery to return your order. Start your return here, and we’ll guide you through every step of the process.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unused condition, with all packaging intact (no assembly or installation). While we are unable to offer free returns due to our competitive pricing, we can arrange collection at a pre-agreed rate using specialist couriers, ensuring your items are handled safely.

Collection fees typically range from £10 to £80, depending on the item’s size, weight, and your location. Oversized, heavy, or particularly delicate items may incur higher return costs. Please note that all collections must take place at the original delivery address. You are welcome to organise your own return, but please ensure the service includes insurance for loss or damage, as we cannot issue refunds for items that do not arrive safely.

Many standard couriers do not insure glass or mirrored items, so please use a specialist courier where possible.

Before returning any item, we recommend taking photos of both the item and its packaging. These images will serve as evidence in case any damage is identified during our quality checks.

While we carefully quality check all items before dispatch, on rare occasions a product may arrive with a manufacturing defect or sustain damage during transit. We recommend thoroughly inspecting your order for any faults, damages, or missing components. If you notice an issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, providing a detailed description and clear photos that illustrate the problem.

Please keep the item secure and in its original packaging while we work with you and the manufacturer to arrange a suitable solution. Depending on the situation, we may send a specialist repair service to assess and repair the item, or provide a replacement. In the unlikely event a repair or replacement cannot resolve the issue, we will arrange a collection and issue a full refund.

For clarity, a manufacturing fault refers to a defect that affects the product’s intended purpose or arises during the manufacturing process.

You may request to cancel your order within 14 days of placing it. This does not apply to Made-to-Order or personalised items. Please contact our customer service team to arrange your cancellation.

If your order has already been dispatched, a failed delivery charge will apply.

For cancellations after 14 days, please refer to our Returns Policy for guidance.

As each Made-to-Order or customised item is crafted specifically for you, these products cannot be cancelled and are not covered by our returns policy. This ensures every piece is unique, made to your specifications, and meets our exacting standards.

For items requiring assembly, please carefully check all parts and instructions before beginning installation. We also recommend inspecting each component for any damage or defects prior to assembly, as we are unable to offer refunds for items that are incorrectly assembled or damaged during the assembly process.
